Q: How are courses delivered?

A: All of our courses are delivered online via video call, presented live by one of our experts. We use Skype to present each course to you, which is free software for Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android. Once you have signed up for one of our courses, please install the Skype software / app and test the microphone and speakers to ensure they are working correctly before the scheduled course begins. We will send you further details when we discuss the commencement of the course with you.

Q: Why are courses delivered ‘live’ by an expert?

A: Too often, courses are found online where they are pre-recorded – completely lacking any interaction with a lecturer. At Tiffany Signatures, we pride ourselves on delivering quality expert content directly allowing you to ask questions and take part in useful real-time activities that will help you with your career choice.

Q: What do I receive at the end of each course?

A: When you have completed a course successfully, we will send you a certificate as a PDF file which can be printed to share your achievement.
